Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
